The CEiiA – Center for Product Engineering and Development signed with Telespaso Iberica an agreement to strengthen the Iberian space ecosystem and extend in the future to other countries, including Italy.

Na joint statement, companies explain that the objective is to consolidate and develop joint operational capabilities in the areas of Earth observation, satellite operations and space-based services.
The agreement was signed at the Fucimo space center of Telespazio in Italy, the largest teleport in the world for satellite telecommunications, which hosts 170 antennas in an area of 370,000 square meters.
The main areas of cooperation include the development of services and applications based on Earth observation data, participation in the development and operation of satellite constellations, including the Canary Islands Constellation and Atlantic Constellation, and European institutional programmes (ESA and European Union).
