Na statement on the International Day of PMME (micro, small and medium-sized enterprises), which is celebrated on Saturday, the CPPME reported its “concern at the worsening of the difficulties that continue to affect thousands of companies”.
“ Among the main factors of concern is the persistent impact of inflation and the consequences of current international instability,” he pointed out, pointing out the crisis resulting from “the conflict between the United States and Iran, a situation that has contributed to the increase in energy, transport, raw materials and various production factors.”.
The CPPME also mentioned its “concern with the announcement of new EU sanctions to Russia”, highlighting its potential effects on sectors such as cod imports and agriculture.
The Confederation also drew attention to “delays in the payment of support for entrepreneurs and families affected by disasters” calling for faster and more effective responses from public authorities.
“The CPPME is also associated with the legitimate demands of various sectors that continue to experience increased difficulties, including restoration, day care centers, travel agencies and the taxi sector,” he said, defending the adoption of “public policies that promote better conditions for the exercise of economic activity”, reduce costs and strengthen competitiveness.
