ANDentering an interior decoration shop can be the perfect temptation to remodel a kitchen and try to make it as appealing as the series. However, an expert with a vast experience in these two areas – in cooking and television – says he already has everything he needs for it.

From what you describe, the only thing missing in your kitchen is within your grasp: The organization.

You refuse to cook and you believe you can't even do it? Antoni Porowski, the host and actor specializing in food and wine in Netflix's Queer Eye series, ensures that the way you organize the kitchen is decisive to give in to this thought – and may also be the reflection of a chaotic kitchen.

“ I am left-handed, and often, when I cook, I try to do a lot of things at the same time and still clean while I do this million different things ", reveals to The Spruce.

To provide these moments without outcomes with culinary misfortunes, the expert says that the secret is the custom storage: “ I keep all the utensils, such as tweezers, wooden spoons and knives on the left side and things I do not use so often, spices, pans and pans on the right side.”

The same applies to kitchen appliances, so it shows that only those who use them on a daily basis are on the counter – exactly what it explains in one of its golden rules.

Do you need more tips to keep the kitchen tidy and beautiful like Netflix? Then write down these tips from Antoni Porowski. According to the expert, if you follow all the rules, your willingness to cook is likely to increase as well.

You don't have to have everything in sight

Did you buy a toaster or kettle of a certain color just to beautify your kitchen? After all, it wasn't such an essential purchase.

To make this division functional, Antoni Porowski explains that it must have everything organized in order to be able to do everything it wants. However, this does not require you to have all the tools you will use in sight, on the contrary.

“There is nothing practical than a minimalist kitchen. Keep out the things you really need, privilege the function rather than design ", describes.

Pests make a kitchen inelegant

The actor says that during college he had some unfortunate encounters with some cockroaches and since then he underlines the importance of thoroughly clearing all potential places for them, from trays with crumbs to toasters.

However, Antoni Porowski, despite not feeding infestations, feeds a paradox in which he admits to being imprisoned. “I don’t like putting many things in the fridge because it causes changes in the texture of food. Tomatoes get airy, for example, so I like to leave them out ", shares.

However, to circumvent the development of pests, due to this whim, he says that besides hygiene he must use pest traps repeatedly to keep flies, mosquitoes and other animals away.

Second-hand decoration? This expert tells you how to make it last

Who says the oldest pieces of decoration only have a place in the trash? “Made to Last” is the new program of the Home and Kitchen channel, which promises to give a prominent place to sustainable decoration. We talked to the host and we have some spoilers.
