A Judicial Police (PJ) arrested a young man suspected of setting a fire in a local accommodation on June 12 in Vila Nova de Gaia, Porto district, today revealed this criminal investigation police.
“The suspect, for no reason to justify it, set a fire to the local accommodation where he lived for many months and in which about thirty people were staying,” he says.
According to PJ, the fire “just did no more damage due to the rapid detection and intervention of guests”.
The 22-year-old prisoner, a student, will be present the first judicial interrogation to apply coercion measures.
