A Public Security Police (PSP) arrested this Friday a 29-year-old man suspected of the crime of theft by stretch in Guimarães. He was “intercepted” when he returned to the city.
“In connection with an occurrence related to a theft by stretch, occurred today in the city of Guimarães, the PSP developed steps to locate and intercept the suspect“, started by explaining the public security force in a statement sent today to the essays.
“Based on the characteristics transmitted”, the police “they located the suspect in an artery in the city, having abandoned the site in a car”.
“ Faced with the suspicion that the individual would have moved out of town with the to purchase a drug, the cops they positioned themselves on one of the main access routes to Guimarães, in order to verify a possible return of the same to the city“it still stands out.
Following the steps, “the suspect was intercepted on his return, having been confronted with the facts, which he assumed, still in his possession of the wallet stolen from the victim”.
He was seized with drugs, in particular heroin, in sufficient quantity for about 5 doses, and cocaine enough for about 7 doses.
In view of the facts, he was arrested and was present at the Guimarães Judicial Court.
