The camera and battery are allegedly Apple's two major focuses with iPhone Air 2. These two parameters were identified as the two major “defects” of the first generation of the ultra-fine phone.

Aif iPhone Air did not have the reception expected by Apple when the phone was launched in September last year, Cupertino's technology does not intend to abandon this ultra-fine model and, according to rumors that have circulated, is developing a new generation.
Now says the Digital Chat Station page on the Chinese social network Weibo that the second generation of iPhone Air will serve for the company intends to correct those who have been pointed out as the big “defects” of the phone: the camera and the battery.
Based on Apple's supply chain information, this page states that instead of a single 48MP sensor camera, iPhone Air 2 will feature a double camera, including the same 48MP main sensor and ultra wide-angle lens. With this combination, Apple intends to offer a photography experience closer to that found on iPhones with a more traditional design.
As far as battery is concerned, Apple has plans to integrate a 3,500mAh unit into this new mobile phone – an evolution in relation to the 3.149m battery Ah of the original iPhone Air. Associated with the most efficient processor, Apple believes this will help consumers who buy iPhone Air 2 to have greater autonomy.
On other specifications, rumors that have circulated indicate that iPhone Air 2 will be equipped with a 6.55-inch display with 120Hz update rate and an A20 processor. The launch is scheduled for the beginning of 2027.
The foldable iPhone will be rarer than we thought
By now it seems certain that Apple will officially present its first folding phone – known as iPhone Fold/Ultra – at its September event, which is (traditionally) the occasion chosen to unveil new products for the second half of the year.
The anticipation around this foldable iPhone makes many Apple fans consider buying it as soon as it reaches the market, but a well-known analyst warns that there may not be enough units for all interested parties.
Ming-Chi Kuo says on their social network X page that the release of the foldable iPhone will be marked by the limited number of available units – the result of challenges during the initial stage of production and mass.
Kuo, an analyst known for his Apple-related predictions, notes that the foldable iPhone should only start to be sold officially in the fourth quarter of 2026, with the pre-order period starting later than those of iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max.
As for the price, the analyst believes that the foldable iPhone can cost between 2,300 and 2,500 dollars (2,014 and 2,189 euros) and points out that due to limited quantities, there may be someone who buys the mobile phone for the reseller at a value of 50% to 100% above the official price.
Information circulating on the folding iPhone indicates that the mobile phone will be equipped with an internal 7.76-inch screen and an external 5.4-inch screen, an A20 Pro processor, 12GB RAM memory and a 5.500mAh battery.
