Mandy Moore shows reality: The flaccid belly after three births

Mandy Moore was honest with his followers by showing the reality of his body after being the mother of three children. 

In the stories of her Instagram page, the actress published a video in which flaccid skin stands out in the belly area. “After three children in three and a half years, this is how my body is ... with flaccid skin and everything”, he wrote with the images. 

But he didn't stick around and then show another video, this time recorded in the gym, and where he talked about his walk in physical exercise.

Mandy Moore, remember, is the mother of five-year-old Gus, Ozzie, of three, and Lou, of one, the fruit of his marriage to Taylor Goldsmith. 

This is not the first time the actress has spoken openly about motherhood. In fact, in June, when she participated in the podcast “Not Skinny But Not Fat”, she had already addressed, above all, the fact that she was Lou and Ozzie’s mother in less than two years. 

People recalls that at the time she was questioned if she felt that giving birth to her three children in a short time “had a negative impact,” and Mandy Moore replied that she is still “recovering emotionally.”.

“ I feel lucky that, energetically, the pregnancy was too easy for me. I did not suffer from any kind of postpartum symptom, so I think I had a relatively quiet walk, considering everything.”

Forty-two-year-old Mandy Moore has been part of several outstanding projects, including the series “This Is Us” or “Dr. Death”. In the cinema he has already included the cast of several films, such as “The Princess’ Diary”, “A Love to Remember”, “Southland Tales” or “Love, Happiness or Marriage”.
