Mmeghan Markle has been away from his father, Thomas Markle, since the year he married Prince Harry in 2018, and now we know the cause of this removal.

The Duchess of Sussex was aware of the charges against her father, which she allegedly had in her possession videos of minors, and told her everything in a letter she sent her.

According to The Sun, Meghan Markle sent a letter to his father when he was hospitalized in the Philippines in December 2025, following the amputation of a leg due to a blood clot. In this same letter, the Duchess of Sussex told Thomas that she would never allow him to meet her children and that it would be the last time she would hear from you.

It all indicates that the Duchess accused her father of sexually abusing children, and that she knew what had happened, adding that the authorities were aware of the events.

Meghan Markle will have asked the hospital administration for the letter to be delivered to the father and asked him to sign a form confirming its receipt, in addition to the delivery record, according to the newspaper.
