Martifer announced today that Executive Administrator Pedro Nuno Cardoso Abreu Moreira resigned from office, in accordance with a statement published by the Securities Market Commission (MEC).

A the company indicated, therefore, that Pedro Nuno Cardoso Abreu Moreira, “Member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Board, presented on this day, the resignation of the office, which will have effect in terms and legal deadlines”.

 

According to Martifer's website, the manager was a vowel and executive administrator.
