O apple's traditional September event is not just synonymous with new iPhones and also means we learn more about the company's plans to launch the next big updates for its operating systems.

Yes, this means that we already know when iPhones will receive iOS 27 and will be before the arrival of iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max – both with scheduled release for September 18.

After many beta versions and tested features among users who had access to them, iOS 27 will be available next Monday, September 14. Therefore, it is highly likely that other Apple updates – such as iPadOS 27, watchOS 27, tvOS 27 and macOS 27 – will also be available on the same day.

How much are the new iPhones? More expensive model close to 4 thousand euros

As expected, the iPhone 18 series Pro models are more expensive than the predecessors launched in 2025. The basic versions have a difference of around EUR 150.

The great novelty of iOS 27 takes the form of the Siri digital assistant equipped with Artificial Intelligence. This new generation of the digital assistant is called Siri AI and will begin by becoming available only in English, and in October it will also be compatible with French, Spanish, Japanese, Korean and Portuguese.

On the other hand, says the site 9to5mac that iPhone users in the European Union will have to wait some time for Siri AI to arrive – since Apple and European regulators continue to have troubled relationships due to the Digital Markets Act.
