“ A strong protest was conveyed regarding the continued increase in London’s supply of drones and other weapons to the Kyiv regime.”, indicated the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in a statement.
According to the same source, the British diplomat was confronted with the alleged UK violation of international agreements due to military assistance to Ukraine.
“ With the massive supply of long-range weapons, London becomes complicit in the bloody atrocities of the Kyiv regime, which can only be characterized as terrorism and war crimes,” the Russian Ministry said.
Moscow urged the United Kingdom to abandon ‘intensification’ and warned that it could adopt response measures under the ‘right to self-defense’.
Dholakia had already been called in March following the use of British Storm Shadow missiles in a Ukrainian attack against a microprocessor factory in the Russian border region of Briansk.
The attack caused seven deaths and about half a hundred wounded, according to the Russian authorities.
In late August, the Kremlin condemned the British decision to support Ukraine in the production of long-range missiles.
The information coincided with the arrival in Kyiv of the British Prime Minister, Andy Burnham.
The visit took place after the British press reported that Russia had removed its ambassador to the UK, Andrei Kelin.
