Trump accuses They will rise oil and Tehran threatens US bases

O president of the United States today accused Iran of deliberately increasing the price of oil before the U.S. legislative elections of November 3, the same day the Iranian Revolution Guard threatened to expand the regional conflict.

In criticizing the escorts created by the American forces to pass ships through the Strait Strategy of Ormuz, whose control Tehran claims, Iran’s powerful armed force warned the United States that “if this trend continued, the conflict would extend to its bases in the region.”.

“This is a serious warning,” the Guard of the Revolution insisted, in a statement published on Sepah News.

The American President, Donald Trump, assured in his network Truth Social that Iran “is doing everything in its power to increase the price of oil before the mid-term elections” and accused Tehran of “inventing false attacks” in the Strait of Ormuz, through which one fifth of world hydrocarbons were transiting before the war.

Trump ensured that “now more oil passes through the Strait of Ormuz than before” of the conflict, triggered in late February by Israeli and American attacks on Iran.

“It is a really evil regime,” said the Republican leader, whose party could, according to the polls, lose control of one or even the two chambers of Congress in the midterm elections.

Iranian forces regularly attack ships that venture into the Strait of Ormuz without their permission.

Washington imposes, as a return, a blockade on Iranian ports, while more and more oil tankers cross the strait under American escort, attacks on ships have intensified in recent days.

The Strait of Ormuz, bounded north by the Iranian coasts and south by the Sultanate of Oman, has about 30 kilometres in its narrowest part.

Negotiations to find a solution to put an end to navigation restrictions are at a standstill.

Donald Trump said several times recently that he would soon take a “decision” on Iran, saying he could opt for the “soft way” or the “hard way”.

“Wait to see what we will do to Iran. We will destroy them,” Trump said on October 13 during a rally in Alaska, relaunching speculation about a possible new wave of American attacks after the mid-term elections.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who Trump publicly supported for the elections on 27 October in Israel, stated on Wednesday that “to overthrow” Iranian power was the only option to eliminate Tehran’s threat.

Iran claims 7 damaged tankers in the Strait of Ormuz

The Iranian Revolutionary Guard claimed that seven tankers were hit by attacks or naval mines in the Strait of Ormuz last night, unconfirmed information independently. The claim arises amid growing tensions in the Middle East.
