Donald Trump vetoed this Thursday the access to the presidential plane of the journalist The Independent Andrew Feinberg, with whom he confronted on Tuesday during a press conference in the White House.

Feinberg was part of the ‘pool’, a rotating group of journalists accompanying Trump, to cover his trip to a rally in Iowa State, but the White House withdrew him from the list.

The White House Correspondent Association, which brings together journalists covering Trump, condemned in a statement “the decision to restrict journalistic coverage simply because they did not like the journalist’s questions.”.

The veto occurs after Trump told Feinberg to shut up during the confrontation in the Oval Office, to have warned him that it was best to be “careful” and asked if he was “sick”.

In recent weeks, as the November 3 elections near, Trump has intensified his offensive against the media and the confrontation with journalists asking him questions.

In September, he tried to veto access to the White House to journalists from CNN, MS Now and Politico, whom I accuse of spreading “fake news” about his government, but a judge suspended the ban.

On Wednesday, Trump again insulted journalists by calling a CNN reporter “dumb” and another ABC News reporter, whom Kher asked about the release of an American by the Russian Federation.
