Did you see Rita Pereira dressed as a bride? It's a limited collection of dresses

Vrita Pereira dressed as a bride in the streets of Lisbon? No, it's not yet the one the actress married and it wasn't about filming for a soap opera or show, it's actually a campaign for a clothing brand.

Rita Pereira, 44, was chosen by Atelier Fusion to be the face of a limited collection of wedding dresses. 

Through social networks, the star of TVI's soap operas spoke about the campaign and explained why this professional challenge made her travel through time. 

“There are challenges that are not just work. These are time travel”, he started writing. 

“ Since I was 16, I've photographed wedding campaigns, catalogs, magazine covers, parade (I've done Expo Engaged Many Years), I play characters who get married.

I grew up professionally, like a mannequin, between laces, veils, dreams and emotions. And somehow that girl who loved dressing up as a bride and making others dream of her perfect day, came back in this session.”

When she was invited to photograph the first collection of Atelier Fusion brides, 2a limited edition, the actress felt “a return to the past”. “A reunion with a part of me that was kept in the memories of the first works, of the first editorials, of the first emotions.”

Rita Pereira felt again “that young woman of 16, 18, fascinated by the magic of a wedding dress and the way an image can eternalize a moment”.

“There are projects that make us grow. And there are others who remind us of who we always were and how it all began”, he said. 

The photo shoot took place on the streets of Lisbon, having been photographed “five dresses in 1 hour and 30 minutes” with “changes of clothes in restaurants of Terreiro do Paço and tourists to congratulate the beauty of the dresses”.
