Pthe Israeli army's attack on displaced tents in the city of Khan Yunis in southern Gaza has led to the death of three Palestinian citizens, including a minor.
Local sources, quoted by the Palestinian newspaper Filastin, reported that a 21-year-old, identified as Husam Fajri Muhamad al-Zamili, died after being shot in the chest during a military raid south of the city.
Later, a drone attack on another displaced camp in the south-west resulted in the death of 24-year-old Tamer Abu Sneima and Juri Islam al-Sufi, a minor.
Military operations, according to the Palestinian newspaper, extended to other areas with “intense artillery bombings” east and northwest of Khan Yunis.
In the city of Gaza, Israeli drones launched incendiary bombs on displaced persons in the Shujaiya district, while in the centre of the Gaza Strip heavy military vehicles were reported to be incursions north of the Al-Bureij displaced persons camp and east of Deir al-Balah.
The Israeli army's attacks took place despite the ceasefire agreement reached in October 2025, based on the proposal of the President of the United States, Donald Trump, for the future of the territory.
