Michael Carrick refused, this Sunday, to lengthen in words on the reasons why he chose to leave Bruno Fernandes in the bench of alternates, during the 90 minutes of the heavy defeat suffered in the reception to Bournemouth, by 3-0.
A decision that arose after, in the middle of the week, the Portuguese international had appointed the coach as the main culprit for the disengagement in the visit to Como, for the Champions League. However, he refused to establish any kind of connection between both events.
