Cease local humanitarian fire with Russia begins on October 27, says Kyiv

The main Ukrainian negotiator involved in a humanitarian mission led by the US First Lady today confirmed that a ceasefire with Russia will begin on October 27 in Oleshky and throughout the Kherson region and neighbouring areas.
