ANDforget the long, exhausting workouts. As lymphatic massages could be a good option, however, they do not do all the work – the “training will continue to be mandatory and massages are only a complement”, guarantee experts.

But after all, what is the best training to treat problems related to the famous “blood circulation”?

Health professionals suggest to Vogue the best training to care for the lymphatic system and will be surprised. All you might need is this one “uncomplicated fitness trend”, which describes Vogue, is a lymphatic walk.

Scared of the assignment? So let's see what this is about

“Of all the ways to take care of the lymphatic system, walking is the easiest door to cross,” says Rebecca Faria, founder of Detox by Rebecca. “No spa, no association, no special equipment. You don't even have to change. It just needs to go out and move, the body takes control from there.”

Did you identify similarities with a common day-to-day walk or walk? Still, it's not quite the same, understand the differences.

These experts suggest you think of lymphatic walking as something more intentional than a normal walk. “ It is a regular walk, but focused on deep breathing, good posture and natural movement to stimulate a healthy lymphatic circulation”, says Petra Gospic.

The Step of “walk lymphatic” according to these experts it is simply to walk in the way that the body is more comfortable, but with some rules: “Be straight, shake your arms and take a deep breath”.

“Consistency is much more important than perfection,” Gospic explains. “Even a 20 to 30 minute walk can be beneficial,” he adds.

These are the benefits and what should be taken into account

This walk can strengthen your immune system, awaken digestion and reduce stress, however, Gospic clarifies that “cannot be seen as detoxification”, that is the function of which the liver and kidneys are responsible.

Therefore, you should see only this exercise as “a support for the natural movement of fluids and circulation of your body, not as an elimination of toxins.”

“Do not expect drastic changes. A walk is wonderful, but it is not a magic wand”, says Rebecca Faria. “True magic comes in the consistent way of combining this with a life that supports the health of your body,” he says.
