New Lamborghini Revuelto exceeds 1,000 cv and debut driving mode

His a new member of the SV family (Super Speed) of Lamborghini. A 55-year-old Miura SV was introduced the new Revuelto SV – which introduces an absolute debut.

V12 hybrid with more than 1,000 hp

The Lamborghini Revuelto SV is equipped with a engine V12 6.5 litres aspirated that debits 825 hp power, accompanied by three electric motors (two ahead, one back) powered by a 7.3 kWh lithium ion battery.

There are more 258 hp of power in all, with the system reaches 1,065 cv (more 50 cv than Revuelto). The binary, this, reaches 1.425 Nm. The box is eight speeds. The car accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.4 seconds, with a maximum speed of 345 km/h.

This Revuelto SV is equipped with a new suspension system with manually adjustable passive shock absorbers inspired by the competition, in addition to a carbo-ceramic brake system that allows to slow down from 200 km/h to 0 km/h at 110 meters. 

Includes the new lock control system Integrated with a new generation 6D inertial sensor that monitors vehicle movement in real time.

As for the design, Lamborghini bet on the front vertical Omega design, as well as the Speedshape lateral profile and a red-line diffuser and a functional wing. The look is highly aggressive and sporty, as is usual in the brand, highlighting for example the characteristic signature headlights or the large side air inputs, besides the very low profile.

There is a special decoration with details in black, redesigned SV logo and distinctive decorative schemes. The letters Lamborghini on the back can be in black Shiny Black or Matt Black, in bronze Matt Bronze and in silver Shiny Silver. The wheel nut is new, inspired by the racing cars.

In the field of aerodynamicsWe found a front splitter and an angled fin on the front bumper. Behind is this wing with competition technology and dual wing design at the ends, besides a Gurney flap and a new brake cooling channel.

According to the manufacturer of Sant’Agata Bolognese, the Revuelto SV has 80 percent more aerodynamic load than the Revuelto and 10 percent more than the SVJ Aventador, in addition to increasing the efficiency aerodynamic-scrat load by 60 percent against the Revuelto.

Another novelty is the 3D-Superlight Dromos light rims developed for the new Lamborghini Revuelto SV, which are 20 inches ahead and 21 inches behind. The finish is in silver Shiny Silver. The central locking system (Monolocker) has been redesigned and is an absolute debut. The range also offers triguero rims in titanium Matt Titanium or Shiny Silver.

In terms of dimensions, the length is 4,944 mm, with a width of 2,038 mm and a height of 1,161 mm. The car is 2.779 mm apart from axles and a weight of 1,772 kg.

The Lamborghini Revuelto SV’s carrier was thought of according to the “Feel-like-pilot” philosophy – as the name indicates, it wants the driver to feel like a pilot. Thus, it is highly focused on who drives, besides being proposed the latest steering wheel of the brand. There is a digital instrument panel behind the steering wheel and a central screen in an interior with strong formats and which clearly refer to the tracks.

Of course, there are carbon fiber door panels and sports seats with a carbon structure, while the Carbon Fiber Race Seats are optional – lighter and with more side support in high-speed curves. It is possible to choose Nero Ade leather, among other types of leather and among 12 contrasting colors.

Lamborghini has the color model and special materials. The Pilot mode selector appears in red to the right on the steering wheel – the same color that distinguishes the selector handle from the ANIMA dynamic control system.

Limited production of a record car

The Lamborghini Revuelto SV already has a record: is the fastest production car ever on the Hockenheim German circuit, having run in 1m41.6 seconds with driver Marco Mapelli at the wheel. Production is limited to 1,963 units, a reference to the founding year of Lamborghini.
