A 53-year-old man was arrested after being intercepted by the authorities in Porto, while driving – with the seized letter – under the influence of alcohol. He was still in possession of 21 doses of hashish.

Um 53-year-old man was arrested on Wednesday, in Porto, after being intercepted by the Public Security Police (PSP) with drugs and in condition of seized letter, in Porto.
According to a statement sent by the PSP of Porto this Saturday, everything happened almost at 23:00, in Rua S. João do Porto.
“ The suspect was intercepted in flagrante delicto in possession of 21 doses of hashish, also incurring in the crimes of driving under the influence of alcohol (Blood Alcohol Tax of 2.04 g/l) and disobedience for driving with seized driving license, resulting from previous penalty for driving under the influence of alcohol”, read in the note.
It also explains to the police that, when present to the judicial authority, the defendant was subject to restraint of driving and penalty of fine.
