O prime Minister, Luís Montenegro, will appeal to a “diplomatic intervention”, this Thursday in Belgium, to “sustain the increase in fuel”, which he considers to be “absurd.
“The Portuguese Government has been establishing a dialogue with its partners in the European Union (EU) and also with its allies, as is the case with the USA, to put the diplomatic resolution of the conflict in the Middle East as a priority, which is what makes it possible to stabilise the oil market at international level and also the cost of fuels,” the head of government pointed out.
