Ofirefighters of Loures fought, on the afternoon of Monday, October 26, an agricultural fire in Frielas, in the municipality of Loures, which ended up killing several animals.
The fire broke out around 6:00 p.m. and spread to several sheds where animals were found.
“Unfortunately not everyone was able to be saved,” said the employees in the corporation’s Facebook account.
Still, some were rescued alive, as can be seen in one of the shared images. In the photograph, a fireman gently holds what appears to be a chicken. Meanwhile, you can see the flames behind the operative.
On site, there were more than a dozen operatives of the Firefighters of Loures, Firefighters of Camarate, Public Security Police, Municipal Police, Municipal Service of Civil Protection and CROAL – Center of Animal Collection of Loures and Freguesia of Santo António dos Cavaleiros and Frielas.
