Today, Galp announced the end of negotiations with Moeve for a possible combination of fuel refining and marketing business, as no agreement has been reached between the parties.

The oil company raised the forecast of gross operating results (EBITDA) from EUR 4,000 million to EUR 5,000 million, adjusted to 2026, with higher estimates for oil prices and refining margins.
