A Stellantis grew significantly in the first half of the year. From January to June, sales increased in several regions, overtaking the million and a half units.

In particular, the group sold 1,597 million cars in the first six months, representing an increase of ten percent under the same period of 2025.

The enlarged Europe, with 762,000 cars, led in absolute numbers (plus five percent), but the greatest growth (38 percent) was in North America with 445,000 cars delivered.

The Ascents

The American numbers are largely attributed to the arrival of new proposals such as the Ram 1500 with the HEMI V8 engine, two Jeep and a renovated Chrysler and the new Ram 15000 TRX SRT. There was also an increase in production of two new models – a Dodge and a Jeep.

The enlarged Europe, Smart Car platform models such as Citroën C3 and C3 Aircross, FIAT Grand Panda and Opel Frontera grew 51 percent, and there were also gains with Jeep Compass segment C. But the deliveries of the previous generation of B-SUV fell by about 28,000 units, attenuating growth. The Chinese brand Leapmotor grew from 25 to 33,000 deliveries.

Asia Pacific recorded stagnation in the 16,000 deliveries, while in South America and the Middle East and Africa there was a retreat of three percent (to 253 thousand and 121 thousand units, respectively).

Descent in two regions

In South America, the decline of three percent occurred although in Brazil there were 21 thousand more deliveries – in Argentina, for example, there was a break of 25 thousand copies.

As regards the Middle East and Africa, although countries such as Algeria and Morocco have grown, Stellantis felt the “impact of the conflict in the Gulf region”, where deliveries fell by about 50 percent. There was also a break in Turkey, around eight thousand units.

Stellantis: Maserati is not for sale, but there will be partnerships

Stellantis doesn't want to sell Maserati, which will have its own strategic plan to reveal at the end of the year. Meanwhile, the group is considering partners for the Italian luxury brand, revealed executive director Antonio Filosa.
