Othe portists advanced in the marker through a penalti marked by Kaue, at 25 minutes, but the leirians tied to 90+9, by Jair Matheus, also of great penalty.
The port goal emerged after the intervention of the VAR, which passed a corner to a maximum punishment for FC Porto B, in a bid in which THARTLEY intercepted the ball with an arm, allowing Kauê to inaugurate the marker for the ‘blues and whites’.
In advantage, the porters still had three good opportunities to expand before the break, but ended up failing, with enhancement for the goalkeeper Jakob Odehnal, who opposed the first two occasions with great defenses.
Fábio Pereira sought to refresh Leiria's team in the second part, bringing in Eboue Kouassi, and had a sovereign opportunity to match, at 47 minutes, by Pablo Fernandez, but João Afonso closed his goal with a great stain.
The Leirians took over the game, settled in the midfield portista and tried everything to reach the draw, but also found a strong opposition from FC Porto B, which only spaces managed to free themselves from the intense pressure against and counter-attack.
At a time when the result seemed to have been made, already during the compensation period, the VAR again intervened and a great penalty was paid for the Union of Leiria.
Jair Matheus then faced João Afonso and he defended the shot to the left, but the referee had the maximum punishment repeated for invasion of the area and, this time, the same player beat the portist goalkeeper and made the final result.
