A brent oil barrel quotation for delivery in December ended today on the London futures market at a fall of 0.78%, for the $115.81.
The North Sea crude, a reference in Europe, closed the session at Intercontinental Exchange to quote 91 cents below the 116.72 dollars with which it ended the transactions on Friday.
The low closure occurred even after the quotation reached 117 dollars during the day.
Investors, despite the tension in the Middle East, ponder the prospects of a diplomatic dialogue when important elections are approaching in two of the main players in the region, Israel and the US.
