He died at the age of 53 Humberto Oliveira, former mayor of Penacova

The former mayor of Penacova and current vice president of ISMT, Humberto Oliveira, died today, at the age of 53, informed the district of PS. He served as mayor between 2009 and 2021 and was subsequently president of the City Council until 2025. He died of cancer after entering palliative care on Saturday.
